How to modify / add something to my order once it is validated ?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change a confirmed order if the changes concern a component that would change the final price of the order: dimensions, change of species, etc. If the request is made more than 24 hours after confirmation, it is already integrated into our manufacturing process and so we can no longer change it.

For any other change, please send an email to contact[at] to confirm the desired changes (such as for a change of name, phone number, address, etc.).

If you wish to add something to your order, you will have to place a new order and write a comment so that we can combine it with the first. The two orders can then be combined to benefit from free delivery (the costs will be reimbursed if one of the two orders was below the threshold and you had to pay them to place said order).
