Finishing is a fundamental step in the design of your project. The oil we apply to our panels penetrates the fibers of the wood to saturate it and protect it against moisture and stains. The natural, matte look of the wood is revealed, and its maintenance made easy.
We work with the Blanchon brand, renowned for offering high quality protective oil.
The oil is applied in a spray booth, ensuring even application across the entire finished piece. We use Blanchon's Solid Oil, which is formaldehyde and solvent-free. To maintain this finish, the application of a simple maintenance oil is sufficient (to be done depending on product usage).
Whether you place an order through our product sheets or the configurator, you have the choice between leaving your panel unfinished (and applying the finish yourself) or ordering it sanded and oiled by us, ready to install.
Two finishing options are available: "Natural" and "raw wood look." The Natural oil tends to warm up the wood's natural shade, slightly darkening it for a very warm appearance. The "raw wood look" oil preserves the wood's natural color, giving it a soft and contemporary appearance.
