Robert explains us step by step how he made his custom-made wardrobe with our custom cut spruce boards and our fir cleats:
1. Sanding boards and cleats with a belt sander with abrasive 120, then sanding by hand with Abrasive 400.
2. Installation of the vertical central panel.
3. Fixing the 27x27 fir cleats for the shelves using molly plugs on the plasterboard and screw to wood on the central upright. There is no fixing of the shelves on the cleats.
4. Fixing of 2 adjustable feet of 7cm to each bottom shelf to have the floor above the plinths.
5. Installation of oblong chromed steel wardrobe rods in chromed springs. Fixing identical to the cleats.
6. Varnishing of all the wood pieces using 2 coats of golden oak effect varnish waxed effect interspersed with a light sanding with abrasive 400.
