" These two small 48 x 30 x 30 cm bedside tables (they can also be used as a stool on occasion) were made using custom oak panels 2.6 cm thick.
The plan of the furniture was made upstream on the Sketchup software. The assemblies are made with black "hinge" screws drowned in the thickness of the wood. The whole has been varnished in golden oak look.
The niche at the back of the cabinet facilitates assembly and accommodates sockets for accessories (radio, alarm clock, phone charger ...).
For each of the two bedside tables I used (L x W, in the direction of the wood):
- A 30 x 30 cm panel for the top shelf
- Two 27.4 x 30 cm panels for the middle and low tops
- A 25 x 30 cm panel for the bottom side
- A 20 x 30 cm panel for the top side
- A 27.4 x 22.4 cm panel for the low bottom
- A 27.4 x 17.4 cm panel for the high bottom "
