Black/anthracite gray top made from mass-dyed wood fibers intended for the manufacture of custom-made tables and desks. This construction has multiple benefits :
- the edges can be machined like for solid wood,
- in case of a cut or scratch, a simple sanding can repair the defects,
- average resistance of 30% greater than traditional MDF.
These custom Anthracite-balck Valchromat® MDF worktops are also water-repellent.

Gluing:
to glue multiple pieces of MDF to each other, we recommend following the instructions below:
1. Sanding at 80 grain to facilitate adherence and remove any paraffin coat present
2. WATER-REPELLENT white glue (mandatory, a normal white glue will not be as effective)
3. Clamp for 24 hours (instead of the usual 7-8 hours, otherwise there is a risk of it coming loose)
Finishes:
Valchromat panels are compatible with varnish or oil finishes.
