Description

Despite appearances, this magnificent bespoke bookcase was made with solid beech panels, the warm brown tone having been achieved after adding a medium-light oak-look stain.

The bookcase has been designed to cover the room entire wall and integrate the piano in its center. The uprights and shelves were made with premium beech panels 2.6 and 4 cm thick. These elements were screwed and glued to 1.5 cm thick poplar plywood panels. The whole is fixed by screws in the wall.

Concerning the doors of the cupboards, they were made with panels in beech cabinetry 1.9 cm thick. The shelves are placed on brass cleats.

All the panels have received an oak-look color before being varnished.
