Pierre's made-to-measure Bar was made of solid Nature beech. It is protected by a "rosewood" tinted oil, hence its dark complexion.
The external rounded dimensions and cutouts of the wooden bar tops were made to measure by ILICUT thanks to the online configurator.
The wall box and the ceiling box were assembled with the lamello system. The facing boards and sides were made with natural beech panels 1.8 cm thick. These chests allow the passage of electricity and their (false) thickness recalls that of the bar top. They are fixed with pegged brackets to the wall and ceiling.
The 3 cutouts for recessing the spots were made with a hole saw.
The bar top is supported by 2 planks fixed and bolted right through to the wall (old cut-out partition).
