Here is the realization of a custom-designed bookcase with beech panels (columns + middle row) and poplar plywood (shelves / shelves).
Each column was fixed to the wall by 3 large brackets. The wall is 3m high and 3.71m long.
The shelves are supported by brass nailing cleats fixed with holes made with a drill and wood bit.
The rounded cuts on the rays of the last column on the right were made with a jigsaw (Note: It is now possible to customize the shape of its panels to obtain a result like this one thanks to our new custom panel configurator) and machining reworked by hand.
The whole thing was painted with a 2-layer acrylic paint (plus wood-print undercoat before).
