Natural spruce wood panel made of three layers of solid wood, the exterior layers of which are parallel to each other and are glued on a middle layer crossed at 90° (like plywood). The slats of the central ply are butt-jointed.
Benefit: high dimensional stability of the panel *
The exterior ply are made of wood slats of a single length, glued at the joints (continuous planks). The exterior and middle ply are mostly made of the same wood type (subject to changes in the production conditions).
3-ply panel manufactured in accordance with standard EN 13353.
FIELDS OF APPLICATION:
- furniture making: panels, furniture parts and tops, kitchens, small furniture, furnishing of shops, offices, bathrooms, storage units, shelving units, etc.
- interior furnishing: fixed or mobile partition walls, floors, mezzanine, shutter box, staircase stringer and stairs, etc.
- wind bracing panels for constructions with timber frames as per the recommendations (building approval Z-9.1-320/CE conformity as per EN 13986).
- door making: patented panel for door frames and recesses (European patent no. 0756059) with exterior ply of thickness 8 mm.
- 3-ply floor.
