The thickness of a solid oak panel depends on the intended use and structural requirements of your project. Common thicknesses range from 18 mm to 40 mm for interior applications.

Recommended minimum thicknesses by use:

  • 2.6 cm: tabletops and desks, long shelves, medium-load surfaces
