These tablets are delivered raw and ready to use. A sanding in three times is carried out with grain 80 then 100 and 120 on both sides. The bonding is carried out using a class D3 white glue in accordance with the NF-EN-204 standard and is free of formaldehyde. The quality of the drying of the wood, in an industrial dryer, guarantees our panels a hygrometry rate of the wood of around 8 to 10%. This rate allows great stability of the wood in all interior uses: carpentry and cabinetmaking. Due to the nature of the material itself, Solid Duo tablets may experience slight dimensional variations depending on the environment in which they are located. This is why the dimensions of our shelves may vary within the following limits:
Thickness of plus or minus 1 mm
Width of plus or minus 1 mm
Length of plus or minus 1 mm
The grain of the wood is in the direction of the length of the shelves.
Advice before use: before applying a finish to your product, we advise you to lightly sand it with 80 and/or 120 grain. This will guarantee a very smooth and homogeneous appearance for your wood.
