To make my custom DVD, CD and K7 storage cabinet, I used 1.8 cm thick solid alder panels, ordered from ILICUT.
The cabinet is fixed to the wall and therefore has no legs. Its depth is 15 cm.
The external frame of the cabinet is made with the 2 vertical panels of 154 cm long and the 2 horizontal panels of 55.4 cm.
It is composed of 4 shelves made with the 51.8 cm panels and a central part cut in half by a vertical panel of 64 cm.
To store the CDs on the left and the Blue Rays on the right in the central part, I added 5 shelves made with the 25 cm panels.
All panels were assembled with slant screws.
Finish : Two coats of colorless varnish
