An aesthetic separation between the dining room and the entrance
Grégory wanted to create a visual transition between his spacious entryway and his family dining room, while maintaining an open feel in the house. A custom wooden room divider was the perfect solution to structure the space without closing it off. The slatted design brings both rhythm and lightness to the room, while subtly defining the living areas.
A sleek, minimalist style
For this project, our client chose rubberwood, renowned for its aesthetic appeal and stability. Each board was carefully machined: oiled finish with a raw wood effect for a natural and warm look, and C2_2 edge shaping on B1 and B3 faces for a soft, contemporary feel. The light and uniform tone of the rubberwood pairs harmoniously with the stone flooring and white walls.
The result is a bright and elegant interior: clean vertical lines, balanced geometry, and indirect lighting that enhances the overall design.
