For the construction of these custom niches, Léa customised white IKEA modules. The plasterboard frame was built around the units to achieve a perfectly flat front and clean lines. The result: the niches structure the wall, warm the atmosphere and align perfectly with the existing décor in Léa’s home.
Custom wooden boards with Ilicut
To complete the cladding of her furniture, Léa wanted to place wooden boards on top of the units. When choosing the wood species, she selected oak: a noble wood with a regular grain that brings warmth and authenticity.
