Description

To personalise her white kitchen, Iris chose several solid oak worktops using the Ilicut configurator. Their warm tones add character to the room and create an attractive contrast with the light-coloured fronts and darker elements of the kitchen. The different worktops were made to measure to fit the layout of the room perfectly, particularly around the sink and hob.

Custom-made solid oak worktops

The order includes four solid oak worktops, 2.6 cm thick:

142 × 90 cm
195 × 68 cm
260 × 70.5 cm
45 × 58.5 cm

All the panels were treated with a raw wood effect oil finish, which preserves the authentic appearance of the oak while protecting it for everyday use. The edges were machined with a C2_2 finish for a smooth, slightly rounded appearance.
An external cut-out and an assembly were also carried out to make it easier to install the worktops in this kitchen.

A successful combination of natural wood and zellige

The red/pink-toned zellige backsplash beautifully complements the oak worktops. Combined with the white kitchen units, it gives the kitchen an atmosphere that is both contemporary and authentic.
